Why can't I access the full site?

In order to gain full access to the site, please click on 'Register' at the top of the page, and fill in the form. Once your details have been verified, we will contact you, and you will then be able to log-in and view the site.

I have had my account verified by e-mail, but I'm still unable to log-in?

This could be due to the security settings on your web browser, in which case you'll have to add the site as a 'trusted site'. You can do this by clicking on 'tools' in your web browser, click on ' internet options' , then click on the 'security' tab, followed by the trusted sites image, and adding our site to it.

Please add both www.deltahomeentertainment.co.uk and www.deltahe.co.uk .

What if I do not have a Delta account?

Delta products are also distributed via Sony DADC.

Where can I find new release brochures?

Click on the 'Downloads' button on the left hand side of the screen for access to downloadable catalogues.

Is there a minimum order level?

Yes, £150 from Delta and 8 units from Sony DADC.

How can I make an order?

Click on the 'Downloads' button, and you'll be able to find order forms for both DVD and Audio.

How do I download a hi-res image?

Go to the product page, and click on the blue 'Download Hi-Res Cover' link next to the main image, and 'Save to Disk'.
